Event Planning Sub-Team: Flesh out the details for events as envisioned by the Heart & Soul team, plan/implement all logistics for community-wide events and neighborhood activities.
Story Gathering Sub-Team: manage all aspects of interviews and ensure we adequately capture all demographics while building relationships.
Story Listening Sub-Team: train story listeners, organize listening events, and work with story gathering and data management sub-teams.
Data Management Sub-Team: perform data entry, data management, and data reporting.
Communications Sub-Team: ensure well-crafted communication flows to the community. May function as or assist webmaster, social media manager, local media liaison, photographer, graphic designer, videographer, or video editor.
Videographer: record story sharing and create videos, including documenting the events throughout the two-year program.
Graphic Designer: prepare both print and digital materials to ensure a professional image.
